All orders placed with ScubaCom Pty Ltd will be shipped via Registered Post with Australia Post.
Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you with your tracking number. You can click through to http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ to enter your tracking number and view your parcel's tracking details.
If you have any issues with the product that you have been sent, please contact us immediately, preferably by phone at +61 8 8346 0911, during 9AM - 5:30PM Monday to Friday, Australian Central Time.
For warranty returns, please contact us first. You will need to return the item at your own cost. Once we have received the item we will take care of your warranty repair or replacement and ship the item back to you at our cost.
